A few days ago, professional after-sales service team from Kosun arrived in Russia to conduct after-sales services.

As early as 2007, KOSUN once supplied GAZPROM all solids control equipment for three sets of rigs, so this cooperation marks the second time.

GAZPROM, formerly known as Russian National Natural Gas Konzern, is the biggest natural gas production enterprise, as well as the biggest natural gas exploitation enterprise worldwide. GAZPROM has an eminent status in Russian economy, and has been called pioneer of Russian economy by public news media. It contributes 8% of gross national industrial production, guarantees 25% of national budget, controls 65% of natural gas reserve of Russia and 20% of the world. GAZPROM provides almost all natural gas needed for countries in Central Europe, East Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States and enjoys high reputation and market influence in Russia. In 2012, after long-term technical and business communication, Kosun signed a contract concerning three sets of ZJ30 systems with GAZPROM by virtue of its excellent technical strength and favorable business operation. With close cooperation from research & development, production, purchasing, finance, quality inspection departments, Kosun delivered the order ahead of the schedule, completing production and commissioning of three sets of systems, meeting delivery requirements in three months, and saving 50% of production period as compared with the peers.

According to the contract requirements, when the customer received the equipment, professional after-sales service team composing of two senior engineers from Kosun arrived at drilling site of the Russian customer for a 15-day after-sales service. Three sets of systems were handed over and accepted by both parties respectively and then a three-day after-sales training followed accordingly, mainly including normal operation and maintenance of the equipment, detection of and solutions to common problems, etc.
