Recently, KOSUN holds overseas team building themed activities lasting ten days in order to meet the needs of overseas work development, improve and strengthen the management level of overseas branches, gather and unite excellent staff of various departments better to play a role of fresh and storm troops in overseas market expansion.

These activities are held in Japan in a cherry blossom season. While traveling to scenic spots, historic sites and beautiful mountains, the team members recall the history, knowing that a nation, a company, even a person needs to continuously enhance his own strength to maintain progress, respect and learn from the competitors to achieve long-term development and healthy growth. Meanwhile, the members conduct different types of brainstorming under the leader’s motivation, putting forward many positive and constructive opinions about existing development situation and the future development trend.
 
The significance of these teambuilding themed activities are to improve the team’s capacity to deal with problems and train team members to work with each other for a common goal in a better way through clear specialization and cooperation, so as to finish the mission faster and better; enhance mutual understanding between staff after a period of life for tolerance, trust and respect, so as to get them closer in the cohesive group. Overseas teambuilding is also a stimulating and incentive measure for staff. On one hand, team spirit let the members to recognize individual differences between them, learn from each other's advantages, and strive for better progress. On the other hand, such activities are to affirm the working achievement of staff in the previous stage, and inspire other employees to make more progress unceasingly and diligently in the future work.
