KOSUN Water-base Mud Drilling Waste Management System Successfully Installed and Debugged in Inner Mongolia.

On September 8, 2015, Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. heard a piece of good news from its Drilling Waste Project Department in Wushen County, Inner Mongolia that the specific gravity of mud treated by KOSUN water-base drilling waste management system was not more than 1.03 (≤1.03), completely in conformity with the national mud discharge standard, which realized “zero discharge of drilling waste” and minimized the waste discharge amount.

In the first ten days of August 2015, a technical service team of Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. arrived at an oilfield in Wushen County to conduct an on-site training about drilling waste management system. Along with the launching of a drilling project, the technical service team of KOSUN rapidly and efficiently completed the installation and debugging of equipment supporting well drilling (drilling waste management system) in response to the drilling operation of a drilling company.  During the application process lasting one month, the drilling waste management equipment ran well and the water content in mud treated by Hi-G dryer was ≤1.03.

Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. devotes itself to research, development and manufacturing of drilling waste management equipment and system, facilitating clean energy production to maintain clear water and blue sky.
