1. Hookstrip Flat Screens

Hookstrip flat screens are the series applied most widely at present. These products can be fit for all kinds of shale shakers that use the hookstrip flat screen. This screen panel is constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessory rubber plugs may be inserted to the rips or tears of the screen. By doing this, we can cut down time and the production cost. The mesh sizes of hookstrip flat screens rang from 12 to 275.
 

2. Pyramid Screens

Pyramid screens are the replacement products of flat screens. The effective area is 125% to 150% of flat screens. Without changing the construction of shakers, the using of the pyramid screens can improve the quality of drilling fluid and increase the production. The mesh sizes of pyramid screens rang from 60 to 250.

3. Steel Frame Screens

Steel frame screens are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. The screen frames adopt that high-strength square steel tube welded to multi-ribbed construction. They are sturdy and reliable. These screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessory rubber plugs may be used to repair rips or tears. By doing this, we can cut down time and reduce the production costs. The mesh sizes of steel frame screens rang from 20 to 250.

4.Hookstrip Soft Screens

Hookstrip soft screens are used in the early shale shakers. The screen panel is stuck with two stainless steel layers together. These products have low prices and are used conveniently. The mesh sizes of hookstrip soft screens ranging from 20 to 80.
