At the end of December, 2008, the three sets of 40DB Arctic Solids Control System, which had been developed and manufactured by KOSUN and had been supervised by Xinjiang Sanbao Industry Group was duly completed and exported to Kazakhstan Oilfield to be put into service.

These solids control system would be brought into use in the Jetby Oilfield Project in Aktau, Kazakhstan, where all the equipment would be demanded to work normally under extremely cold climate. As one of the few specialists/practitioners mastering the production skills of arctic solids control system, KOSUN specially developed the system which would be able to operate very well when the temperature were to be between 40 and minus 40 degrees. Therefore, all the key components used in the equipments like LW450 x842 Centrifuges had been produced with thermal materials, apart from this, the standardized circuits in units and all the electric components& cables had been made with the same kind of material and equipped with latest thermal technology and heating technology.

KOSUN would have supplied Kazakhstan with 5 sets of Arctic Solids Control System by the end of this project.
