On November 7th, 2014, KOSUN new employees training lasting for 10 days finished. Over 10 employees from International Business Department, Technology Department, and After-sales Service Department attended the training dedicatedly, according to which new employees would get primary understanding to KOSUN business, culture and different positions situation.
 

 

 

The training was divided into two stages, products business training and workshop products processing training. In the first stage, experienced sales engineers, elite lecturers and technical experts from KOSUN conducted a complete and detailed training on industry and all of the solids control equipment and the drilling waste management knowledge, SEO operation, business etiquette notice, internal business operation as well as document writing etc. In the second training stage, new employees mainly visited products processing in workshops under the guidance of technical engineer. In particular, employees showed their great interest in the equipment system assembly and expressed that the workshop training was particularly a unique class for them to get master of equipment and business well. In the end, system test was conducted to every employee and all employees successfully passed the test.
