Matters needing attention when using a drilling fluid centrifuge:
1. Correctly use the tools to install the required specifications of the swivel head, and do not place anything on the machine cover.
2. Speed setting shall not exceed the maximum speed to ensure safe operation.
3. Control the viscosity of drilling fluid into the centrifuge to keep the viscosity within the range of 35-37s.
4. The input speed of drilling fluid should not exceed the recommended maximum range.
5. The drilling fluid centrifuge should not run for more than 60 minutes at a time.
6. After each operation, a detailed record of the usage of the drilling fluid centrifuge should be made.
7. When the drilling fluid is being processed by a drilling fluid centrifuge, some bentonite should be added to the drilling fluid regularly. If not added in time, the viscosity of the drilling fluid will be reduced and the filtration loss will be increased.
