A batch of LS752 shale shaker recently produced by KOSUN Machinery has completed final factory inspection and packaging, and is officially shipped to Japan. These devices will serve as core components of HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) mud processing systems and serve local infrastructure projects in Japan.
 
The LS752 shale shakers shipped this time are small-scale shale shakers meticulously designed by KOSUN Machinery for applications requiring high mobility, such as horizontal directional drilling. The LS752's compact and lightweight design makes it ideal for rapid deployment and relocation at drilling sites with limited space, greatly enhancing the flexibility of construction teams.
 
The equipment features a unique double-layer screen design: a woven mesh on the upper layer quickly separates larger drill cuttings; and a slotted mesh on the lower layer effectively removes finer particles. This combination ensures effective mud purification, significantly improving mud recovery and reducing construction costs.

In this Japanese project, the LS752 shale shaker will be integrated into a complete HDD mud treatment system, primarily designed to treat drilling mud generated during horizontal directional drilling.
