The DC355-VFD High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge System is an integrated solid-liquid separation solution designed for drilling mud, chemical suspensions, and environmental sludge. It combines a DC355-VFD horizontal centrifuge, 60m³ mud tank, agitators, and slurry pump, forming a closed-loop treatment system for efficient, automated operation.
1. High-Efficiency Separation
With a drum speed of 3900 RPM and a separation factor of 2033, the centrifuge achieves rapid, precise separation of solids and liquids. The filter-free design prevents clogging, making it suitable for oily, viscous, and fibrous materials such as petrochemical sludge.
2. Durable and Energy-Saving Design
The hard-alloy screw conveyor doubles wear resistance, while dual variable-frequency motors recover auxiliary motor energy, cutting power use by around 10%.
3. Intelligent Mud Tank System
The 60m³ tank features anti-settling design, automatic level and density detection, and remote feed control via electric actuators. Motors are IP55, ExdBT4-rated, ensuring safe operation in harsh field conditions.
4. Compact and Environmentally Friendly
A fully enclosed structure prevents leakage and contamination, while the compact footprint fits easily into constrained drilling sites.
